Questions

What's a credit?
Credits are Dolly's one currency across every model. Each generation shows its exact credit price on the button before you run it, and batches cost exactly their output count times the single price.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Your plan's monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing month and unused ones do not carry forward. Credits you buy separately in a pack DO stay: they never expire while your account is active, and they are only spent once the month's plan credits are gone.
What happens when a generation fails?
Failed and timed-out generations refund automatically — the refund lands on your balance without you asking. Generations stopped by content review refund too.
Can I cancel anytime?
On a monthly plan, yes — cancel from your account page and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. A 12-month plan runs to the end of its term: cancelling stops the renewal, and your billing, access and monthly credits all continue until the term ends. Either way, credit packs you have bought never expire.
What does priority processing mean — honestly?
Every generation goes straight to the model provider; no plan waits in a Dolly queue, so there is no line to skip. When jobs back up — provider incidents, heavy load — Pro Max jobs are retried, polled and delivered first by our recovery sweep. It does not make the model render faster.
Do credits work on every model?
Yes. Every model is available on every plan from day one — plans change how many credits you get and how much can run at once, never which models you can use. Some brand-new accounts are asked to verify a card (free, charges nothing) before their first video.
